MAR SLEEVA SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

 Mar Sleeve College of Arts and Science offers placement and career support to students on and off the campus. The Training cell organizes skill development sessions and the pre-placement activities to help the students prepare themselves for the internship programmes and campus placements. The training and placement team believes in the thought, “The outcome of education is apparent when careers sharpen your horizons” and we strive every minute working on it. Students’ skills are moulded through multifarious training sessions that include technical, aptitude, verbal and soft skills. By understanding their level of grasping and delivering, the students are trained individually, based on their needs. To keep pace with the fast changing world, multiplicity of career is essential and that drives us to provide training and guidance for those who aspire to crack the competitive exams.          The Training & Placement Cell of the Mar sleeve college of Arts and Science is working as a team under the leadership of the Co-ordinator. The team consists of the faculty members from each department and a group of dedicated students. Every activity of the Cell is monitored by the Co-ordinator. The cell instills immense confidence in the students and helps them to march into the future to be decision makers and leaders of the corporate world. The mission of the cell is to strive consistently to transform students into competent professionals with analytical ability and ethical perspective, with the help of various personality development programmes and strong industrial interaction.

THE MAJOR ACTIVITIES OF THE CELL ARE:

leadership qualities.
