Department of Commerce

Department of commerce established in the year 2012 in response to growing demand for commerce education. It started with two undergraduate courses B. Com co.operation and B. Com computer application. In 2013-2016 period the department were subsequently introduced one undergraduate programme, B. Com Finance&Taxation and one post graduate programme M. Com Finance. The academic carriculam of these programmes administered through a pedagogy combining classroom lectures coupled with seminars, workshop and industrial visits. The Department aims at maintaining academic excellence and equipping students with the skills necessary to face the challenges of the business world. The commerce courses we offer place special emphasis on professional and skill development.
